BECOME AN HSL MEMBER
Please complete the form above and provide information for each parent or guardian that would like to be a member of the Home & School League. Your membership helps achieve so much for our children throughout the year.
Membership Dues: $10 per family
Your membership dues go straight toward parties, events, and programming at the school and directly benefit our very own students.
Your membership DOES NOT require you to do ANYTHING but gives you the chance to participate in the school culture of your student, their peers, and the faculty/staff at Silver Lake Elementary.
If you would like to be involved your membership and active participation allows you to be a voting member of the HSL and allows you the opportunity to server on the Executive Board, Chair one of our committees, or just enjoy the camaraderie that comes from joining this group.
